This page explains what data is processed when you visit Elle Salon HB and how to exercise your rights.

Data processed
The site offers no account, no form and no shop. It does not set any tracking or advertising cookies of its own; it does, however, include the X conversion tracking tool described below. If you choose a language with the FR/EN switch, your choice is saved in your browser only, so that the site can open in that language next time; it is not sent to us. Like any web server, the host may record technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) that are needed for the service to work and to stay secure.
Purposes and legal basis
These logs are kept to ensure the security and proper operation of the site, on the basis of the publisher’s legitimate interest, for a limited period.

When you click a link to a brand’s website, you leave Elle Salon HB. The destination site applies its own privacy policy, which we invite you to read.
Measuring our ads on X
This site includes the conversion tracking pixel of X (formerly Twitter). The provider is X Corp., 1355 Market Street, Suite 900, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA. For users in the European Union and the European Economic Area, the responsible company is Twitter International Unlimited Company, One Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, D02 AX07, Ireland.
The pixel helps us measure how effective our ads on X are (conversion measurement), that is, whether people visit our site after seeing one of our ads. When you open a page, your browser loads a script from X for this purpose. Cookies or similar technologies may be set, and data such as your IP address, information about your browser and device, and the page you visited may be transmitted to X, possibly also to the United States.

The link to our X account at the bottom of each page is a plain link: you are taken to X only if you click it, and the link itself does not send any data to X.
